With a running clock:
Front Squat: Perform 5 reps every 2:00min (3 Rounds)
On minute 8,
Deadlift: Perform 5 reps every 2:00min (3 Rounds)

Conditioning:

3 Rounds:
Every 2:30 complete the following:

  • 400m Run
  • ME Front Squats (135/95)
