Yoga

This past Sunday’s Yoga class was a blast! More than 20 athletes showed up to practice under HWCF member, Melissa DiLeonardo. Look for regular weekly Yoga classes to be added to the schedule very soon. Just like our CrossFit, Open Gym, and Olympic Lifting classes, Yoga will simply count towards one of your weekly allotted classes.

Strength:

Back Squats: Perform 8 Reps (in under 30 secs) every 2 minutes for 5 Rounds (+5# from last week or 70%)

Conditioning:

7 Rounds:

  • 10 KBS (70/55)
  • 6 TTB
