- HSPU: 3xME (2 min Rest), or
- Pike Push Ups: 3xME (2 min Rest)
Conditioning:
8 min AMRAP:
- 15 V-Sit Ups
- 20 Burpees
- 10 Thrusters (Use the heaviest object possible)
