Reminder:

There is a Foundations Class tomorrow @ 9AM. New and experienced athletes are encouraged to attend. Also, in honor of the start of the Paleo Challenge, we are having a Paleo Potluck @ noon on Saturday.  This is in place of our 3rd Saturday of the Month Brunch. All members are welcome, regardless of whether or not you are participating in the challenge. All we ask is that you bring a Paleo dish to share! It should be fun!
