In case you still need to complete 16.2. You can do so today during the 12PM OLY class, or tomorrow during Open Gym (10AM – 12PM)! Be sure you have a judge to count your reps!

Conditioning:

  • 1 min Push Press (115/75)
  • 1 min Pull Ups
  • 1 min Burpees
  • 1 min Row/Bike for Cal
  • 1 min Rest
