B. Weighted Pull Ups:

  • Find 5RM
  • 5 @ 95% 5RM

Conditioning:

3 Rounds: (16 cap)

  • 10 Deadlifts (275/165) (or 5RM Snatch Grip Deadlift weight)
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
