Reminders:

Oly class meets tonight at 6:30PM. The schedule for today is as follows:

  • 6AM – CrossFit
  • 9AM – CrossFit
  • 5:30PM – CrossFit
  • 6:30PM – Olympic Weightlifting
  • 7:30PM – CrossFit

This Saturday there will be a Foundations Class at 9AM and Oly Class at 12PM.
