What a weekend! HWCF had a great showing at the Midwest Monster up at CrossFit 262 this weekend. We will post more of the results later this week.

This Week’s Schedule:
  • Olympic Lifting – Thursday @ 6:30PM
  • Olympic Lifting – Saturday @ 12:00PM
  • Foundations – Saturday @ 9:00AM
Strength:

Back Squat: 3-3-3+
70% – 80% – 90% (Use the same TM as last week)

Conditioning:

4 Rounds:

  • 5 Squat Cleans (75%-80% 1RM)
  • 250m Row
  • Rest as needed
Extra:

Deadlift: 4×10 @ 70% TM
