- Friday 7/4 – 10AM
- Saturday 7/5 – 10AM & 11AM (Olympic Lifting is cancelled)
- Sunday 7/6 – the gym is closed

B. Weighted Pull Ups: 3-3-3+

- 9 Muscle Ups (9 Dips/9 Pull Ups to scale)
- 45 Box Jumps/Step Ups (24/20)
- 7 Muscle Ups (7 Dips/7 Pull Ups)
- 35 Box Jumps/Step Ups
- 5 Muscle Ups (5 Dips/5 Pull Ups)
- 25 Box Jumps/Step Ups
