Fourth of July Schedule:

Please note the following class schedule for the Fourth of July holiday:

  • Friday 7/4 – 10AM
  • Saturday 7/5 – 10AM & 11AM (Olympic Lifting is cancelled)
  • Sunday 7/6 – the gym is closed
Strength:

A. Bench Press: 3-3-3+
70% – 80% – 90%
B. Weighted Pull Ups: 3-3-3+
70% – 80% – 90%

Conditioning:

For Time:

  • 9 Muscle Ups (9 Dips/9 Pull Ups to scale)
  • 45 Box Jumps/Step Ups (24/20)
  • 7 Muscle Ups (7 Dips/7 Pull Ups)
  • 35 Box Jumps/Step Ups
  • 5 Muscle Ups (5 Dips/5 Pull Ups)
  • 25 Box Jumps/Step Ups
