  • Foundations Class meets this tomorrow, 7/25, at 9AM
  • Meet at the gym at 9AM tomorrow if you’re up for going on a long run with the Endurance Class. Every Saturday, Endurance does a long run. You have 2 distances to choose from, and it is free (doesn’t count as one of your weekly classes).

  • 15 CTB Pull Ups
