Bio

Sarah is a Physical Therapist and former ballerina who found CrossFit in 2010. After battling years of hip pain and disordered eating, Sarah started strength training. CrossFit has shaped Sarah’s life in so many ways – helping her to mitigate pain in her body, work toward body positivity and recovery and find a competitive spirit that she never realized she had!
Sarah’s background as a dancer and Physical Therapist helped develop her love for technique, which has carried over into her coaching style today. Sarah has been personal training since 2010 and coaching CrossFit since 2014. She is a Level 2 CrossFit Coach and has specialty certifications through CrossFit in Gymnastics and Weightlifting. She has loved watching the sport change and evolve over the years and loves being a part of the community both as an athlete and a Coach. Sarah coached in Seattle, WA for many years, and is excited to bring her skill set, knowledge and energy to the Hardware community!!
