We also had a Chomp Nutrition Challenge with two options for out members: Chomp Deep Dive (macro-focused) and Chomp Natural (no macro tracking). The challenge included an individualized macronutrient profile, weekly client/coach check-ins, 1 monthly Zoom or in-person meeting, and online software to track markers of progress and sync food logs.
