1. :45-:60s Hollow Hold

2. near max effort set of ring dips (keep a few reps left in the tank)

3. near max effort set of strict grip pull-ups

4. :45-:60s handstand hold against wall

 

PART 2

 

AMRAP 10:

10 Alt DB Snatches

10 Hand release Push-ups

10 Air Squats

 

STANDARD: 35/20

RX: 50/35 lb

SPORT: 55/40 lb

COMPETITION: 65/45 lb
