Gymnastics skill work

3-4 rounds:

5-10 kipping pull-ups/C2B or 2-3 bar/ring MU

:15s handstand hold (facing the wall)

5 HSPU or pike push-ups

:15s active hang from rings or Bar

 

Part 2:

2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2

Toes to Bar

Alt DB Snatch

 

STANDARD: 35/20 lb

RX: 50/35 lb

SPORT: 55/40 lb

COMPETITION: 65/45 lb
