We are so excited that our April AOTM is…Pop T! Pop is such a great member of our community and a joy to have at Hardware. FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

 

Part 1:

 

Gymnastics skill work:

3-4 rounds:

5-10 kipping pull-ups or C2B

:15s handstand hold (facing the wall)

5 HSPU or pike push-ups

:15s active hang from rings or Bar

 

Part 2:

 

Death by Shuttle Run!

 

* With a continuously running clock perform 1 sprint (Wall to other side of turf) the first minute

* Then 2 sprints (Turf to wall and wall back to turf) the second minute

* Then 3 sprints the third minute, and so on, continuing to add 1 sprint each minute until you cannot complete the required number of sprints in 15 minutes.
