A1) Split Stance Single Arm Kettlebell Romanian Deadlift; 8-10/leg; rest :30

A2) Front Foot Elevated Goblet Split Squat ; 8-10/leg; rest :30

A3) Goblet curtsy lunge; 8-10/leg; rest :60

 

Part Two:

Death by Clusters

*Start with 1 Cluster at the beginning of Minute 1. 2 Cluster Minute 2. 3 Cluster Minute 3… Continue until you can not complete Clusters in the minute

1 Cluster = 1 Squat Clean + Truster
