CYCLE NOTES:The strength to day is the 1st half of “KING KONG.” We want members going very heavy (5-10lbs above 3rm) and as technically complex a version of the muscle-up as you’re capable of. Rests should be 2:30+. The workout should be a quick finisher. It should not feel heavy or require breaks at all, except for maybe because of grip.
