Part 1:

EMOM 10:

3 Front Squats

– Use 50-60% for all 10 rounds

 

Part 2:

2,000/1,600-m Row

2,000/1,600-m Ski

4,000/3,500-m Bike

3 / 2.5miles – Echo

– At 1:00 complete 1 burpee, at 2:00 complete 2 burpees, at 3:00 complete 3 burpees. Continue this pattern until you complete your meters.

 

 

AT HOME WORKOUT:

Part 1:

4 Sets of:

A1) Weighted or Unweighted Lunge; 8-10/each leg; rest :30

A2) Weighted or Unweighted Cossack Squat; 8-10/each leg; rest :30

 

Part 2:

15 min of Cardio

– At 1:00 complete 1 burpee, at 2:00 complete 2 burpees, at 3:00 complete 3 burpees. Continue this pattern until you complete your meters.
