Overhead Squats On the 2:00 x 6 Sets:

[On the 0:00]: 5 Overhead Squats

[On the 2:00]: 5 Overhead Squats

[On the 4:00]: 3 Overhead Squats

[On the 6:00]: 3 Overhead Squats

[On the 8:00]: 1 Overhead Squats

[On the 10:00]: 1 Overhead Squats

 

Part 2:

For Time: 2-4-6-8-etc.. AMRAP in 9:00 minutes

Box Jumps Over

Deadlift

 

STANDARD: 45/35 lb

RX: 135/95 lb

SPORT: 185/125 lb

COMPETITION: 225/155 lb
