What is a Deload? – A deload week is when we lower the intensity of training, specifically this week on the strength workouts, in order to let our bodies recover, our next strength cycle starts next week!

What to expect: Front squats and Push Press are coming back!

PART 1
Push Jerks Every 2:00 x 5 sets, complete 5 Push Jerks
suggested weights: between 50-60% of 1 RM
 
PART 2
AMRAP 12:00 minutes
Run 200 meters
15 Push Press
12 RKBS
9 Burpees over Bar
 
STANDARD: 45/35 lb + 26/18 lb
RX: 65/45 lb + 35/26 lb
SPORT: 85/65 lb + 44/35 lb
COMPETITION: 95/75 lb + 53/44 lb
 
Choose a weight on the Push Press that you can complete 20+ reps unbroken when fresh use the run as a flush and try to go unbroken inside!
