CYCLE NOTES:Strength today is made more challenging by switching the implements. Db/Kb [presses are harder pound-for-pound than barbell presses, so more experimentation may be necessary to find appropriate weights for the press. The barbell should allow you to go much heavier in the rows. Conditioning today will get very real just two or three rounds in. Strategize and pace your snatches from the start to leave some gas in the tank for the longer sets.
