CYCLE NOTES: This month is all about pulling power, overhead strength, and sustaining effort & focus. Our lower body work will include building squat cleans and addressing unilateral imbalances with lunge variations. Upper body movements will be strict press, heavy rows, and strict pullup progressions. Conditioning will allow us to maintain cardiovascular endurance while building sprint abilities. The month culminates in a 1RM Clean test and a 5x500m Row and tests of both OHS & Pullups.
