OLYMPIC LIFTING

Snatch:

A) Off Rack:
Snatch PJ + OHS+ snatch balance; 2+2+1; every :90 building to a mildly challenging load in 4 sets

B) Hang power snatch + hang squat snatch + Squat snatch; build to best in 10 min then 2 more at 80-90% of best

Clean & Jerk: 

A) Slow Pull PC + FS + Pausing HPC (at knee) + PJ; every :90 building in 4 sets

B) HPC + Squat clean + SJ;
Build to best set in 10 min then 2 more sets at 80-90% of best
