OLYMPIC LIFTING 

A) HPC + FS + HSC + PP; 1+1+1+1; every :90; build gradually with technique weight in 5 sets

Power clean (pause at knee ) + HSC (pause BK) + SJ (pause in catch); 2+1+ 1; every :90 build in 4 sets
Then:
Power clean + SC + SJ; 1+1+1; every 2:00; building to best set in 6 sets

C) Clean Pull;
