* Partner one completes 5FS, 10 PP and then does max cals until Partner 2 returns from run.

* Partner 1 goes to Run and Partner 2 completes 5FS, 10 PP and then does max cals until Partner 1 returns from run.

OLYMPIC LIFTING 

 

A. PC + FS + PJ; 2+2+2; every :90; build gradually with technique weight in 5 sets

 

B) Power clean + SC + PJ;  2+1+1; every 2:00 build in 4 sets

Then:

SC + SJ;  1+1; every 2:00; building to a heavy set in 6 sets

 

C) Clean DL; tempo 31×0
