OLYMPIC LIFTING

 

SNATCH:

A) Power snatch + hangĀ  snatch 2+1; building every 2:00 for 4 sets; then

B) Power snatch + squat snatch; 1+1; open at best load from B above and take 4 attempts at best set

 

CLEAN & JERK

A) HPC (BK) + Squat clean + PJ; building in 3 sets

B) PC + SC + SJ; building to best set in 4 sets

C) Jerk Balance – off rack; pause in catch
2-2-2-1-1-1; build to best single
