We are so excited that our April AOTM is…Pop T! Pop is such a great member of our community and a joy to have at Hardware. AMRAP 6:

Max Bike Calories

[Rest 4 Minutes]

On the Minute (EMOM) x 6:

6 Box Jumps

THEN.. Max Thrusters

 

 

OLYMPIC LIFTING

 

SNATCH:

A) Hang power snatch + OHS; 1+1; every :90 building in 3 sets; then

B) Hang Power snatch + squat snatch + OHS; every 2:00;
Build to best in 4 sets

 

CLEAN & JERK:

A) Clean pull + HPC+ FS + PJ; Every :90; build gradually in 4 sets not to exceed 60% of CJ 1 RM

B) Power clean + squat clean + SJ; every 2:00; building from A in 3 sets
Then take 10-15 min to establish heaviest lift or new PR for C&J
