A) Hang power snatch + OHS; 1+1; every :90 building in 3 sets; then
B) Hang Power snatch + squat snatch + OHS; every 2:00;
Build to best in 4 sets
CLEAN & JERK:
A) Clean pull + HPC+ FS + PJ; Every :90; build gradually in 4 sets not to exceed 60% of CJ 1 RM
B) Power clean + squat clean + SJ; every 2:00; building from A in 3 sets
Then take 10-15 min to establish heaviest lift or new PR for C&J
