3 Ring/Bar MU or 5 Pull Up/Ring Row

6 Burpee

Run 200m

OLYMPIC LIFTING

 

SNATCH:

A) Hang Squat snatch (BK)  + squat snatch; 1+1; building every 2:00 for 4 sets; then

B) open at best load from A above and take 4 reps at
Squat snatch single

 

CLEAN & JERK

A) PC + FS + SJ; pause in each catch/bottom FS 1-2 sec; build gradually in 4 sets

B) PC + PJ + SC + SJ; open at best from A above; build to best set in 5 sets
