OLYMPIC LIFTING

A. Power Clean + PP + FS + PJ: OTM x 6; build gradually with technique weight

 

B) Power clean + pausing HSC (BK) + SC + SJ; 1+1+1 ; every 2:00; build in 4 sets

Then:

HSC + SC + SJ; 1+1+1;  every 2:00; building to best set in 5 sets then 2 more at best set

 

C) Back Squat – tempo 31×0

5-5-3-3-3-1-1
