OLYMPIC LIFTING

 

A) Hang power snatch + OHS; 1+1; OTM x 6 building with technique weight

 

B) 2 position Hang squat snatch (AK/BK) + Squat Snatch;  every 2:00; build in 4 sets; 

Then:

Hang Squat snatch (BK) + Snatch 1+1; every 2:00; building to best in 5 sets to best set then 2 more at 80-90% of best

 

C) Snatch Grip DL
