OLYMPIC LIFTING 

A) Pausing snatch PJ+ pausing OHS + snatch balance; take from rack; building gradually in 5 sets not to exceed 65-70% 1 rm OHS

 

B) HPS + OHS + snatch; open at best of A and build to best in 5 sets

Then:

Snatch; sets of 2; every 2:00; building to best in 5 sets 

 

C) Snatch High pull

3-3-3-2-2-1-1; build to heavy but good single
