OLYMPIC LIFTING

A) Bear complex; every :90 x 5 sets Build lightly with technique weight only
Complex= PC+FS+PP+BS+PP

B) HPC (MT) + HPC (BK) + PC (FLOOR) + PJ;
Every 2 min; open at best of A and build in 3-4 sets
Then;
HPC (BK) + PC + PJ;
Every 2 min building to best set in 4-5 sets then 2 more at best

C) Clean pull;
3-3-3-2-2-1-1; build to heavy single
