OLYMPIC LIFTING

A) Snatch push press + OHS + Snatch balance; 3+2+1; every 2:00 building in 4 sets with technique weight- take BB off rack

 

B) Hang Power snatch (BK)+ Hang squat snatch + squat snatch;  every 2:00; build in 4 sets; open with best of A

Then:

Hang Squat snatch + Snatch 1+2; every 2:00; building to best in 6 sets

 

C) Snatch Pull
