OLYMPIC LIFTING

A) Power snatch + HPS + snatch balance; 1+1+2; every 2 min; building in 4 sets with technique weight
B) Power snatch + Hang squat snatch + squat snatch; 1+1+1; every 2:00; build in 5 sets
Then:
Squat snatch; every 2 min; build to moderately heavy-heavy single in 5 sets; then 2 more singles at 80% of best.
C) Deficit Snatch DL; feet elevated on 25# plate; tempo 30×1; 
5-5-4-3-3-3; building
