A) power snatch + OHS + Hang Squat snatch; 3+2+1; every 2:00 building in 4 sets with technique weight

B) Power snatch + Squat snatch;  2+2; every 2:00; build in 4 sets

Then:

Squat snatch; every 2:00; building

2-2-2-1-1-1

C) Snatch Pull: 

4×3; building to moderate triple
