Part 1:

On a 12:00 clock: For load:

1 Shoulder-to-Overhead

– Shoulder-to-overheads may be performed as a strict press, push press, push jerk, or split jerk.
– Whatever lift you decide to perform today will be the same lift that you will work on during this shoulder to overhead cycle.

 

Part 2:

 

3 rounds for time of:

100 double-unders

20 Hand Release Push Up

15 sit ups ( Scale Up with GHD sit ups)
