Find a heavy set of 3 with tempo – 320 (try to increase weight from last week)
Then….
10% off for 1 drop sets at this weight without tempo
 
PART 2
EMOM 12:
Min 1 – 14 V-Ups
Min 2 – 12 Front rack KB/DB lunge
Min 3 – 10 Burpee min
Min 4 – Rest
