PART 1
Every 2:00 for 6 rounds perform:
3 Front Squats with 3 sec pause at the bottom of only first rep of each set
PART 2
Death by Calories!! (15min Cap)
example:
Min 1 – 1 Cal
Min 2 – 2 Cal
Min 3 – 3 Cal
Min 4 – 4 Cal etc…
* Athletes will continue until they cannot continue to match minutes with Calories
