A. 8 min to perform: BB Bent over rows for 3×6-8

B.8 min to find a heavy set of 5 rep Bench Press with tempo

310 Tempo 3 sec down, 1 sec hold on chest for each rep

 

Part 2:

 

For Time: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps of:

Alternating Dumbbell Snatches

Handstand Push-Ups

 

STANDARD: 35/20 lb

RX: 50/35 lb

SPORT: 55/40 lb

COMPETITION: 65/45 lb
