2 Back Squats

 

– Same weight for all 10 sets

– Aim for 65-75% of heaviest back squat

– New set every 1:30

– Practice moving heavy loads with consistency

 

Part 2:

 

5 Rounds:

50 Double Under

20 Russian Kettlebell Swings

10 Air Squats

 

STANDARD: 35/26 lb

RX: 44/35 lb

SPORT: 53/44 lb

COMPETITION: 70/53 lb
