B. 8 min to find a heavy set of 5 rep Bench Press

 

 

Part 2:

 

AMRAP 10:00 minutes

4x Single arm KB Front Rack Carry (Wall to end of Turf and back)

20 single KB plank pass throughs

30 double unders
