Part 1:

 

10 sets for load:

2 Deadlift

 

– Same weight for all 10 sets

– Aim for 65-75% of heaviest Deadlift

– New set every 1:30

– Practice moving heavy loads with consistency

 

Part 2:

 

10 min AMRAP:

200m Run

10 Plank DB Pass Through

10 DB Lunges

 

STANDARD: 35/20 lb

RX: 35/25 lb

SPORT: 45/30 lb

COMPETITION: 50/35 lb
