CYCLE NOTES: Today is a simple day where we get stronger by showing up and putting some volume on our shoulders. The bent-over barbell rows should be pretty heavy and members can use whichever grip allows you to access your lats. The dips should be about the same as for our max dips workout.

The conditioning is a chipper. The individual numbers of reps means that most athletes should be taking small sets with VERY SHORT, planned rests, so you can keep moving quickly throughout. TTB scales should allow for set of 5+ to start.
