CYCLE NOTES: A repeat of the strength from 2 weeks ago. Members should feel free to build or stick to a single weight/modification and imprive on speed/feel. And today’s conditioning is low-key upper-body volume disguised as something sweaty. Movement & weights should be selected so that the first 6-7 rounds are possible unbroken. Remind we will be testing 1rm snatch Friday so mentally/logistically start prepare for that.
