CYCLE NOTES: We will be alternate barbell & dumbbell bench presses this month to build bilateral strength and to promote shoulder health. There really is no 1-to-1 comparison to the dumbbells from barbell, weight-wise, so we encourage you to feel it out conservatively for the first couple sets.
