CYCLE NOTES: Back to the barbell. The max efforts ring rows & pushups are meant to get very difficult after round one. Leave nothing in the tank for the subsequent rounds, and to race for at least a 60-second rest per round.

C. 50 Dubs

D. Rest

 

RECOVERY:

Barbell roll shoulder & triceps

Calf stretching
