CYCLE NOTES: Todays chipper is meant to be a steady pace. Deadlifts ought to be heavy enough that they need to broken up into very small sets. After heavy deads the first half of the lunges will seem like a relief, and then the whole of today’s lower-body work will catch up. Be sure no you are not shorting your lunges. Good posture is key throughout.
