CYCLE NOTES:  For the first week of the press/row combo, we want you to focus on posture and engagement under/over the bar. Building is not necessary, as this is meant to get heavier week to week, but some adjustments on the first few sets are fine. Be conservative and focus on speed & form. This week is as much about volume and practice as anything. Scale the conditioning to make going unbroken possible.
