CYCLE NOTES: The C&J test will feel like an Oly meet! Today should feel like an event, regardless, with cheering and lots of down-time to be coached and recover from each lift. BELL SHOULD RUNG! The AMRAP should be scaled so everyone can get at least 3 rounds, but not so anyone gets over 5.

 

STRENGTH:

10:00 to ramp up

10:00 to find 1RM C&J (3-4 single attempts)

 

WORKOUT:

12:00 AMRAP

6 Dips

24 Plank Taps

12 Candlesticks or V-Ups

 

RECOVERY:

Legs up wall

Cow-face with bands or pvc
