CYCLE NOTES: Today is skill work first, and a little sweat as bonus. Both advanced and beginner members should feel better at snatches and/or jumping rope after today. You should also feel like you have enough gas left in the tank for the upcoming Open if you choose to participate.

 

WORKOUT:

8x Alternating EMOM (23:00)

A. 2-3 Hang Squat Snatches or Snatch Balances

B. 25 Double Under

C. Rest
